Terms and Conditions 

§ 1 Organiser

The campaign is organised by Shure Europe GmbH, Jakob-Dieffenbacher-Str. 12, 75031 Eppingen, Germany (“Shure”). Shure is the sole organiser of the campaign and is not sponsored or supported by any other third party.

§ 2 Eligibility

The campaign is open to residents of Germany, and the United Kingdom, who are at least 18 years of age and of full legal capacity. Employees and executives of Shure and its affiliates and their family members (1st and 2nd degree) are not eligible to enter.

Shure reserves the right to exclude participants from the campaign for good cause. Reasons include, but are not limited to, disregard of these terms and conditions, accomplished or attempted manipulation of the campaign, accomplished or attempted disruption of or interference with the procedures of the campaign.

Each participant may only enter the campaign once via the landing page https://p.shure.com/make-the-world-your-stage.uk

§ 3 Procedures

The campaign begins with the publication of the website on Saturday 20th March 2021, and runs up until notice by Shure. In order to participate, the participant must visit the website page via the link provided and read the terms and conditions contained here. Participation in the campaign is free of charge, with the exception of any charges the participant may incur as a result of their agreement with their telecommunication services provider. Shure is searching for talented Artists and or Bands, who are willing to participate in video shootings for the Shure Make the world your stage campaign. All travel and accommodation expenses must be covered by the participant, if not agreed otherwise.

All entrants must submit links (Soundcloud, YouTube, etc.) to examples of their music via the entry form, as well as a short overview of their story either written or in video format.

After the campaign closes, one or more artists or bands will be selected by Shure, on basis of skill  and on basis of the submitted example. The artists will be notified via direct/private message or e-mail. The participation in the campaign does not constitute an endorsement by Shure or bare any obligations on Shure in relation to the artist.

Shure reserves the right to request additional information from the participant, in order to validate the entry in the campaign. Details such as full name, email address and a secure delivery address will be required from the participants in order to continue with a possible future video shooting.

§ 4 Privacy

Shure collects, stores and uses participants’ personal data solely for the purpose of organising the campaign. Detailed information about the applicable privacy provisions at Shure is available at https://www.shure.com/en-GB/meta/privacy

§ 5 Concluding provisions

These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The decision of the organiser will be final. It is not subject to legal recourse.
