Claire uses Values, the universal ego architecture framework of the Enneagram, and a variety of neuroscience-based tools, to take intra- and inter-personal awareness, mastery and performance – for individuals and groups - to new levels of competence and enjoyment.
Claire has a joint honours in French and Drama from the University of Bristol and weaves work on presence and somatic awareness into supporting high performance for a worldwide client base. Her clients include the UK Treasury, NHS, International Banks, charities and Arts organisations, and the Employee Owned sector. She also provides subsidised support for SMEs, freelancers and entrepreneurs, and no cost support for those in need. Claire has been mentoring and coaching on the NatWest Accelerator programme since 2017 and is based between East Sussex and Central London.
Michaela is an actor and singer who graduated from the London College of Music in 2018. Since graduating she has performed in the Olivier Award-nominated production of Our Lady Of Kibeho at Theatre Royal Stratford East. She has performed at Royal & Derngate, Theatre Royal Stratford East and Tristan Bates Theatre. Last year she appeared in a Walkers commercial.
During Lockdown her acting career has been paused, so she decided to start a project she has always wanted to share called Becoming Michaela. Becoming Michaela was created to share her self-love journey, to inspire others to learn to love themselves. She is an advocate for mental health and well-being. She wants to be a representation for women, especially young black females who are often underrepresented in mainstream media including Fashion, Theatre, TV and film industries.
